Every other Friday here at ETC, the operations manager makes an annoucment about our NPS score. The NPS is a score that is determined by surveys customers fill out. However, since many people are taking Friday off for a long holiday weekend, the annoucment was made today! ETC's NPS score reached over 50, the highest it has been! Everyone was very excited for the company and each other. Again, just another way that shows how connected this ETC family is!
Because the score has reached above 50, all employees get breakfast in the morning along with a catered lunch in the afternoon and cake for dessert! ETC really cares about their employees and rewards them for all the hard work that they do.
It's little things like this that make me so happy I'm an intern at ETC!
