Weekly Touch Base Meetings

Here at Equity Trust, they have implemented an excellent internship program that strikes a balance between responsibility and learning. One aspect of the internship that I really like is the Weekly Touch Base meetings I have with my managers. These meeting give me a chance to check-in with my managers to discuss my progress, address any questions I have, and go over expectations. It is great to be able to touch base with my managers to show them my project milestones and ideas. Our meetings often turn into lively brainstorming sessions where we truly get ideas churning! It's awesome to be able to sit down with my managers and brainstorm ideas about how to make Equity Trust an even better place to work.
