Today all the interns got to go to lunch with Jeff, Rich, and Michelle at the Elyria Country Club. Not only was the lunch good but it was a great experience and nice to get the chance to speak with them about the company and let them know the specifics of each project we are individually working on for the company as well as our group project together as well as hear what they do with the company and ask them any specific questions we had for them or in general for the future of our career. Yesterday and part of this morning I finished making excel spreadsheets for my retail sales hiring process and how it effects turnover as well as my finalized project plan. This afternoon is our Crisis Management meeting with our project manager Joe, after the meeting all of the interns are going to start on our powerpoint and presentation that is due in week 9 (3 weeks from now).
